SAN ANTONIO — Houston mayor and Democratic candidate for Texas governor, Bill White, spoke to high school seniors in the Edgewood school district in San Antonio, Texas, Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2010. White is considered to be the only candidate who has a chance to oust the incumbent governor of Texas, Republican Rick Perry, who has been plagued with accusations of corruption and ethics violations.
